Dallas area WR plans Fall visits

Majik Rector is ready for a campus tour during the Fall.

Earlier this year, the Lancaster (Lancaster, TX) wide receiver took unofficial visits to Oklahoma, Texas and Texas A&M.

Nearly a season ago, Rector made a previous Norman trip following time spent at TCU.

The 2021 prospect revealed his travel plans on Thursday.

“I will be at TCU, Notre Dame, Oklahoma and Texas Tech.”

And Rector had alot to say about each of these programs.

“TCU and OU air it out plus they are located not far from Dallas so I see them a lot,” he said. “TTU was my first offer and the first time I attended a college it was TTU. I was going into the eighth grade. I was the only 2021 player there and I did this. Notre Dame speaks for itself. It’s a prestigious program with a very rich history.”

Looking to build off a freshman campaign which included 26 receptions for 358 yards and three touchdowns, the sophomore currently holds scholarship offers from Bowling Green and Texas Tech.

He has also spent time at Baylor and is receiving interest from Stanford as well.
