USF recruit ready for more visits

In Charlie Strong’s second season at USF, the Bulls’ head coach and coaching staff continue to target LaMontrez McMillan.

Although the Jefferson County (Monticello, FL) defensive back has yet to receive a scholarship offer from the AAC program, time spent in the Tampa Bay area is helping to maintain his interest.

McMillan made a USF visit during this past March.

“It was a great visit,” he said. “I had the chance to visit the campus and meet the coaching staff. They show love and hopefully I can make that trip again for one of their games this season.”

The 2019 prospect looks to continue the campus tour later this week with plans to be at Troy on Thursday.

Next month, McMillan has scheduled trips to Samford, FAU, South Alabama, UAB, SMU and Auburn.
