All-American schedules official visits

Marcus Washington is piecing together upcoming official visits.

Since announcing his top 6 schools last week, the Trinity (St. Louis, MO) wide receiver has a recruiting schedule that will include a trip to Texas on June 15-17 and Ohio State the following weekend.

Washington has plans to make a return to Columbus this weekend for an unofficial visit after previous campus trips to the Big Ten program last Fall.

The 2019 prospect was most recently at Oklahoma and Illinois during February prior to a scholarship offer from Tennessee in April.

Besides the Buckeyes and Longhorns, the 2019 prospect also narrowed his list of college programs to in-state Missouri, Oregon, Georgia and Florida.

He holds over 30 offers and qualified for the Nike Football The Opening Finals which is being held June 30-July 3.

EVALUATION

This is one of the country’s top mismatches for opposing defensive backs.
Washington provides a dynamic presence out on the perimeter against a number of different positions in the secondary.

Displays a consistent ability to snatch the football at its highest point which might be his biggest strength at the wide receiver position.

Light on his feet and crisp with a variety of routes, Washington is likely to make an immediate impact at the next level.

Brings a physical presence and defensive mentality to the offense having experience at defensive back.
