Notre Dame offers Wisconsin commit

Julius Davis added a scholarship offer to his list of schools on Monday with one from Notre Dame.

The Menomonee Falls (Menomonee Falls, WI) running back, who committed to in-state Wisconsin last November, is considering a trip to the South Bend campus this upcoming Fall.

“Me and my parents are talking about visits for next year,” he said. “But not sure yet.”

During the 2017 college football season, Davis made unofficial visits to rivals Iowa and Iowa State along with Northern Illinois and Madison, where he received a scholarship offer from the Badgers and extended a verbal commitment three days later.

So far this month, he has received offers from LSU and Southern Cal.

“Those are greats programs that produce great running backs also,” said the 2019 prospect.

The first offer Davis landed came from Buffalo during October.
