Houston Griffith became the latest 2018 prospect to verbally commit to Florida State following an announcement on Sunday.
The IMG Academy (Bradenton, FL) cornerback had made an official visit to Tallahassee over the weekend for the Seminoles’ 24-20 ACC loss to in-state rival Miami (FL).
Griffith holds nearly 40 scholarship offers and had most recently taken an official visit to Notre Dame for the Fighting Irish’s 20-19 loss to Georgia in early September.
The senior made previous trips to South Bend and Florida State this past February along with Ohio State and Penn State during the Spring.
