When it comes to his recent recruiting, Tommy Bush took the in-state approach over the last few days.
During the weekend, the Samuel Clemens (Schertz, TX) wide receiver made an unofficial visit to Baylor.
“The visit went well,” he recalled. “I got to see them practice and the coaches run around and teach. Then we ate and conversed with Coach [Matt] Rhule and the WR Coach [Bob] Bicknell, and then we had the players panel. Always enjoy my visits with the coaches and seeing how they just go about their business.”
On Monday, Bush, who holds scholarship offers from over 40 schools, was in attendance for a practice in Austin.
“Shutting down the recruiting over the next few weeks after hitting up Texas,” he said. “Getting ready for my senior season.”
The 2018 prospect has been brainstorming potential college gameday venues this upcoming Fall, including the Seminoles against the Crimson Tide on Sept. 2.
“Possibly Florida State vs. Alabama,” he said. “And possibly Oregon, Nebraska, MSU or any we can make that does not interfere with my season.”
