Last week remained busy for Keyon Helton.
The West Florida Tech (Pensacola, FL) defensive back received scholarship offers from McNeese State, Samford and FAU.
And during the previous week, offers had been extended by FIU and Purdue, which brings in a new coaching staff this upcoming season.
“Great Staff,” he said of the Boilermakers. “I’m thankful that they see talent in me to be a guy that they would want as a player.”
Earlier this month, Helton landed offers from Kent State, Cincinnati, Georgia State, Louisiana-Lafayette and Tulane.
The 2018 prospect is entertaining the idea of seeing the Cincinnati campus up close along with a plethora of programs as well.
“I’m going to try to make a visit up there this summer to check out the facilities and stuff,” he said of the Bearcats. “Maybe Wake Forest, Southern Miss, WKU and others.”
This past April, offers were extended by Southern Miss, Appalachian State and WKU following trips to both Wake Forest and Auburn during March.
