Devin Hayes received a scholarship offer from Wake Forest on Monday.
And the Jones (Orlando, FL) lineman is now ready for a trip to Winston-Salem.
“The football program is very good,” he said. “I will be visiting there this summer.”
The offer from the Demon Deacons is the first out of the ACC for Hayes.
He also holds offers from Bethune-Cookman, Bowling Green, FIU, UMass, Rutgers, South Dakota State, USF and FIU, which the 2018 prospect plans to visit as well.
“It’s an up and coming program,” Hayes said. “Can’t wait to see what they do this year.”
Last November, he made a pair of unofficial visits to UCF and USF.
