With a scholarship offer from the Pac 12 on Monday and a scheduled visit to a Big Ten campus this upcoming Friday, Terell Smith continues to receive more FBS attention.
Oregon State extended this offer to the South Gwinnett (Snellville, GA) defensive back while Minnesota will host the trip later this week.
“Me and the cornerbacks coach [Cory] Hall are starting to build a relationship and he will let me know new things as time goes on,” Smith said of the Beavers. “But yeah, for the most part, I think highly of them.”
The 2018 prospect landed his fifth Big Ten scholarship from the Golden Gophers in early February.
“I love everything so far,” Smith said of Minnesota. “All the coaches are cool. Everything is going great.”
He also holds offers from Arkansas State, Georgia Southern, Indiana, Iowa State, Marshall, Maryland, Missouri, Kentucky, UMass, Kentucky, Navy, Ole Miss, Purdue, Tulane and Virginia.
