Defensive back Prudy Calderon receives a pair of scholarship offers

With his first scholarship offer coming from Yale on Thursday, Prudy Calderon added two more on Saturday.

The San Marcos (San Marcos, TX) defensive back landed offers from Army and Columbia.

“All have been real up front with everything which is what I really like,” he said. “They’re all great academically and tradition wise, so it’s big standards to live up to, but I can do it!”

Calderon most recently spent time at The Nike Opening Houston Regionals on February 4 and is now ready to make trips to each campus.

“Sometime in the summer,” he said. “Most likely all. They’re all nothing to be taken lightly by other teams for sure. All have serious dudes on the team surrounded by great coaches!”

This past January, the 2018 prospect competed at the U.S. Army National Combine.
