Defensive lineman Jordan Redmond ready for visits and more skills camps

With a pair of scholarship offers from rival programs Virginia and Virginia Tech at the end of last week, Jordan Redmond’s recruiting picture is becoming more clear.

“Amazing athletic programs,” he said. “And great academics.”

The Osceola (Kissimmee, FL) defensive tackle plans to be in Austin for the Texas Spring game along with visits to see the Hokies, Kentucky, who offered this past May, and Minnesota, offered in mid-February.

Last month, Redmond landed offers from Boston College, Georgia State and Indiana as well.

The 2018 prospect attended the Under Armour All-American Camp Series last Sunday in Orlando, and has the Rivals 3 Stripe Camp later this month.

He also holds offers from Akron, Appalachian State, Charlotte, FAU, Navy, Rutgers, Syracuse, UAB, UCF, USF and Wake Forest.
