Since receiving scholarship offers from Florida, Missouri and Ole Miss earlier this month, Rafiti Ghirmai added more interest from the SEC on Monday with an offer from Alabama.

The Wakeland (Frisco, TX) offensive lineman shared his thoughts on the Crimson Tide.

“They’re No. 1 so that’s one of my impressions,” he said. “Great coaching staff.”

Plans for a visit to Tuscaloosa?

“Of course.”

Last weekend, Ghirmai landed offers from Texas State and Oregon.

He most recently made a trip to Oklahoma just over a week ago along with one to rival Oklahoma State in late January, where the Cowboys extended an offer of their own.

In late January, Ghirmai attended TCU’s Junior Day after landing an offer from the Horned Frogs a few weeks earlier.
