Pair of in-state Conference USA offers extended to LB

This past week for Jordan Whitely was highlighted by his first FBS scholarship offers.

These came from Conference USA programs FAU and FIU, which the Mosley (FL) linebacker is now looking to visit.

“They are very close to home which is a plus and is a great start to my journey.”

Whitely confirmed he is looking at some other schools at this time as well.

“I also have interest from Navy and Georgia Tech which have both contacted my coach about visits.”

The 2022 prospect competed at Georgia Tech’s camp last summer along with Kennesaw State, Mercer, Georgia State, West Georgia and South Alabama.

Looks like Whitely has gotten to know Navy defensive quality control analyst Joe Battaglia as well during their experience together for the USA National Under-17 Select Team.

“I have a great relationship with him.”
