Jahmal Banks made a visit to Wake Forest during June.

Just over a month later, the St. Frances Academy (Arlington, VA) product announced a verbal commitment to the Demon Deacons.

Banks became the first wide receiver to join Wake Forest in the 2020 recruiting class on Sunday.

The incoming senior received a Demon Deacons scholarship offer in mid June.

He also holds ones from Army, Columbia, Elon, Harvard, Kent State, UMass, Penn, Princeton, Rutgers, Syracuse, William and Mary and Yale.
