The Cocoa (Cocoa, FL) athlete named in-state program Miami among his potential future colleges following an unofficial visit to see the Hurricanes over the weekend.
“They are at the top,” he said. “The Miami visit was great and my impression of the program was how the practice was so intense and physical, and the coaching staff was great.”
Holmes has plans to make a return trip to Coral Gables for this month’s spring game and received a scholarship offer from the Hurricanes nearly a year ago.
The 2020 prospect also holds offers from Maryland, Louisville, Florida and Rutgers.
