During early May, John Campbell narrowed his list of college choices to 10 programs.
This included Alabama, Auburn, Florida, LSU, Miami (FL), Ohio State, Ole Miss, Oregon, Tennessee and UCLA.
On Monday, the Dr. Phillips (Orlando, FL) offensive lineman revealed a verbal commitment to the Hurricanes.
Campbell had most recently taken a trio of trips to Coral Gables with a pair of unofficial visits this past March and April, along with competing at Miami’s camp last month.
The Hurricanes extended a scholarship offer to the 2018 prospect this past Christmas Eve.
He has gone on to land over 40 total offers including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Oregon, Tennessee, Southern Cal and Virginia Tech.
