Lineman Jacob Isaia recaps commitment to Under Armour All-American Game

When it came to his decision to commit to the Under Armour All-American Game, Jacob Isaia pointed to live television coverage on ESPN and competing in Orlando.

But the Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas, NV) offensive lineman also talked about those he will be lining up with and against.

“I’m honored to be invited with some of the best players from across the nation.”

Earlier this year, he attended the Under Armour All-American Camp Series on February 19 at Mission Viejo High School and The Nike Opening Regional on March 12 at El Camino Community College.

Isaia recently landed more recruiting interest after receiving a scholarship offer from Syracuse on Saturday.

“I would love to visit and get to know them better.”

The 2018 prospect made an unofficial visit to Cal this past Saturday as well.

“Great location and amazing academics,” he said. “I had a really nice visit. I would love an offer. Cal would be a top school for sure.

This upcoming weekend, Isaia plans to visit Minnesota and Colorado.

“Very excited for both,” he said. “I would love an offer to Colorado. Also pumped to meet Coach [PJ] Fleck and tour Minnesota.

Over the last few weeks, Isaia took unofficial visits to Michigan State, Georgia Tech, Virginia, Oregon State and Vanderbilt with offers from the Spartans, the Yellow Jackets, Ole Miss, the Cavaliers, the Beavers, Minnesota, UNLV, San Diego State, UCLA, Kansas State, Utah, Hawaii and Washington State.

He also holds offers from BYU, Dartmouth and Nevada.
