Florida State offers scholarship to former Washington State commit

Since ending a commitment to Washington State this past Wednesday, B.J. Thompson had landed scholarship offers from both Purdue and Texas the following day.

On Sunday, the England (England, AR) tight end/defensive end landed his third of the week with an offer fromĀ Florida State.

Thompson originally committed to the Cougars in late November and had most recently made an official visit to Pullman five days prior to his decommitment.

The 2017 prospect also holds offers from Arkansas State, Army, Baylor, Cincinnati, Kansas, Louisiana Tech, Memphis, Toledo, Tulane, Tulsa and Utah.
