Following Friday’s commitment to Alabama, J’Kolbe Bulock confirmed plans to visit Tuscaloosa for the Crimson Tide’s spring game and does not plan to visit other schools.

“Recruitment is shutdown,” he said. “This is a 100% commitment.

The Memorial (TX) wide receiver was offered a preferred walk-on spot this past Thursday.

He joins blue chip recruits Jacorey Brooks, Agiye Hall, JoJo Earle and Christian Leary for the 2021 class.

“The way the offense is conducted. I really liked the way the receivers are utilized. That was one of the most important factors.”

Kansas was the first school to offer after extending one in May of 2019 which was followed by a visit to Lawrence that summer.

Texas A&M hosted him for a visit during that summer as well and Bulock went on to take a trip to Oklahoma State just over a year ago.

He’s received other offers from Houston Baptist, FIU, FAU, Missouri State, Air Force, New Mexico, Louisiana-Monroe, Georgetown, Army, Navy, Wyoming, Arkansas State, Lamar and Sam Houston State.

“It’s Bama and that speaks for itself. To me and my parents it was a no brainer.”
