Isaiah Morrison is looking for a new school.
As of Wednesday, the Western Illinois defensive back confirmed entrance into the transfer portal.
Morrison remains to have three years of eligibility still available.
“I really wanted a change you know?” he said. “I felt that now I’m more prepared mentally and physically so I decided to take a leap of faith and enter the portal.”
The class of 2018 Solorio Academy (IL) product chose the Leathernecks out of high school after considering both North Dakota State and Toledo.
Over the past two seasons, Morrison spent time redshirting as a nickelback with Western Illinois.
“One of the biggest decisions in my life, but I am glad I made it.”
