Missouri recruit plans campus return

Travion Ford will be making another in-state trip to Missouri.

The Lutheran Of St. Charles County (Saint Peters, MO) defensive end is planning to spend time on campus this weekend for the Tigers’ non-conference tilt with Wyoming.

“My first visit the coaching staff showed me a lot of love,” he said. “I believe my next visit will be even better.”

Last weekend, Ford was at another SEC school with a visit to Kentucky and witnessed a 35-20 win over Central Michigan.

The 2021 prospected reflected on the experience in Lexington.

“Kentucky trip was nice,” he said. “The coaches showed love and met with me and gave me a tour. They told me that I’m a good fit for their defensive schemes.”

Ford touched on this weekend’s expectations with the match-up between Missouri and the Cowboys.

“I know they’re going to pull a W.”
