Georgia RB grades Clemson visit ‘A+’

Grayson (GA) running back Troy Jackson found himself at Clemson over the weekend.

The 2019 prospect shared his impressions of what the ACC program has to offer.

“My visit to Clemson was wonderful,” he said. “I was overall impressed by the campus itself. The stadium, the indoor and outdoor practice field, the new student housing, and the students academic facility were great.”

Jackson also found time spent with members of the Tigers’ coaching staff during the out of state trip.

“As for the coaching staff they were extremely welcoming,” he said. “Very knowledgeable on how to support the players academically, so they’re successful off the field as well as on. Definitely an A+ visit.”

The junior plans to get back on campus at a variety of schools out of the “Sunshine State” over the next month.

“I’ll be attending several schools that have been showing some interest,” Jackson said. “I believe I’ll be heading to Florida, UCF, FAU and FIU to mention a few, so I’ll be pretty busy.”

He has also made trips this month to Georgia Southern, South Alabama along with NC State last month.

Last summer, the incoming senior spent time on campus at Georgia State, Auburn, Georgia Tech and Mercer.
