On the eve of National Signing Day for the 2018 recruiting campaign, Ohio State made an impression on next season’s class in SEC territory.
The Buckeyes extended a scholarship offer to one of Georgia’s best in Spalding (Griffin, GA) wide receiver Zion Puckett.
“It’s a very outstanding program on and off the field,” said the 2019 prospect. “That’s what’s most important to me. The coaching staff is wonderful. I believe we are making a good bond with each other.”
Puckett expressed interest towards taking an unofficial visit to Columbus as well as other potential trips.
“The next few months, I planning on visiting as many local school as I can,” he said. “I don’t have any in particular.”
The junior also holds offers from Alabama, Auburn, Duke, Georgia, Georgia State, GT, Florida State, Kansas State, Kentucky, Michigan, Michigan State, Stanford, South Carolina, Tennessee, Troy, UCF and Wake Forest.
