
First-year head coach Jimbo Fisher added a defensive piece to the 2019 recruiting class.
On Super Bowl Sunday, Texas A&M landed an in-state verbal commitment from Houston area cornerback Bobby Wolfe after spending time on the College Station campus for junior day.
The Madison (Houston, TX) defensive back first received a scholarship offer from the Aggies nearly a week ago which was followed by offers from SMU, Texas Tech and Mississippi State over the next few days.
Other recent offers included FAU, Arizona, Texas State, Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, Colorado and Oregon.
Last July, Wolfe revealed a decommitment from Ole Miss after extending a verbal commitment to the Rebels during the previous Spring.
