Tennessee offers DB Jarrian Jones

Following a decommitment from Mississippi State this past April, Jarrian Jones has now landed three scholarships from the SEC with Thursday’s Tennessee offer.

The Northwest Rankin (Flowood, MS) defensive back also received an offer from Georgia when he took a trip to Athens in March.

Jones originally extended a verbal commitment to MSU right around Christmas and went on to take a trip to Starkville in February.

The 2019 prospect also holds offers from Michigan, Tennessee-Martin, Oklahoma, South Alabama, FAU, UAB, Minnesota and Southern Miss.

Jones displays the physicality to play safety in base scheme scenarios with a niche for nickel and dime packages at cornerback.
