With their 4-8 season wrapped up following a 45-27 loss at rival Southern Cal last weekend, Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly and associate head coach Mike Denbrock made an in-home visit to Isaiah Robertson this weekend.
The Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL) wide receiver/safety made a verbal commitment to the Fighting Irish on April 15 after receiving a scholarship offer during an unofficial visit nearly two weeks prior (April 2).
Since committing, Robertson took an unofficial to South Bend on June 18 which was followed by another unofficial for Notre Dame’s 17-10 loss to Stanford.
The senior’s first unofficial visit came in October over a year ago for the Fighting Irish’s 41-31 win against Southern Cal. In late January, Robertson made a junior day visit.
Other offers include Central Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Iowa State, Maryland, Miami (OH), Minnesota, Penn State, Syracuse, Toledo, Vanderbilt and Wisconsin.
Robertson has made unofficial visits to Michigan State (Sept. 12, 2015 & Nov. 28, 2015) and Illinois (March 15, 2015).
